Mrs. Schow’s 2nd Grade Caring Christmas Project
Mrs. Schow’s 2nd grade class would like to sincerely thank our parents and community members for their generosity and support. Through donations, the class raised $452 to purchase Christmas gifts for the residents of the Sutherland Care Center.
The students wrapped and delivered the gifts on Tuesday, December 16, and took great pride in giving back to our community. This project was a meaningful lesson in kindness, gratitude, and service to others.
Our hearts truly grew a little bigger this season. Thank you for helping our students spread holiday cheer and make a difference.

Sutherland One Act is STATE-BOUND!
Our Sailor One Act team won the D1 District Championship and officially punched their ticket to State next Wednesday in Norfolk!
These students and their coaches have poured countless hours into perfecting their performance, and we are so incredibly proud of their hard work, dedication, and talent.
Pep rally and send-off details will be shared tomorrow!

Elementary Winter Program Time Update
The Elementary Winter Program will begin at 6:00 PM on Monday, December 8th. This adjustment gives families a smoother transition before the High School program begins.
Pre-K and Kindergarten will perform at 6:00 PM.
1st–5th Grades will follow
6th Grade will perform at 7:15 PM
🎟️ STATE WRESTLING TICKET REQUESTS ARE DUE FRIDAY! 🤼♂️🤼♀️ Sutherland families—it’s time to get your 2026 State Wrestling Championship tickets!
Both Boys and Girls State Wrestling ticket request forms are available. If you want to make sure your family has seats—please complete the appropriate form and return it to the school.
